Superpower
Scoreinforce embeds with an engineering team for a few months and rebuilds how they work with AI: the workflows, the evals, the agents, the way they measure it. Then they leave and it keeps running. Kyryl calls the result a software factory.

What they do: Scoreinforce works with engineering orgs somewhere between 50 and 500 engineers that have already decided AI matters and want someone who has done this before. An engagement is three months. The first month he's embedded with the team, figuring out where AI adoption really stands and where engineering time goes. That ends in a plan. If the plan isn't worth doing, that's where it stops. Months two and three are the build: workflows put in place, evals running, agents shipping, and the leadership team coached so they can run it without him. Everything he builds belongs to the client.
Proof: Kyryl was a senior engineer on Georgian's AI R&D team for several years, mostly on secondments with portfolio companies in cybersecurity, HR tech, fintech, and vertical SaaS. He went independent in 2024 and has kept working with our portfolio since, alongside outside clients. Royal Sequeira, also from Georgian's AI team, works through Scoreinforce with him on client engagements. Two recent examples of their work: the agent above, and an engineering team that had spent months evaluating AI coding tools and was using them daily within a few weeks of Scoreinforce showing up.
Bring them in: A CEO or CTO has committed to an AI push and it needs to get built. An engineering team is stuck comparing AI coding tools instead of using them. There's a deadline and the team is fine being measured against it. He's less useful for one-off audits or advisory work with no build behind it.
